The challenges we’ve collectively navigated these last few years, the constant attempts by tech companies to hijack our attention, the way distraction and productivity can so easily bulldoze over our leisure time…

.....it can all leave you feeling like your imagination is less accessible….less alive…less wondrous than it once was.

At the same time, we’ve now entered an era where using our imaginations is essential.

It’s not just essential when it comes to your creative gifts and artistic expression either.

Your own personal well-being and thriving.
Your relationships, your work, your business.
The challenges in your community and our environment that need addressing.

If you want to create something more beautiful than what exists today, it begins with wildly imagining it.

The thing is…
you don’t lack imagination.

You never did.

This abundant resource has and continues to exist within you.

…..I think it’s time we throw a party and ACTIVATE it.

  • Yes and YES! All levels of experience are welcome. In my workshops I focus on bringing a process and play based approach to making art.

That means you get to let go of worrying about how good your art is/isn’t and focus on enjoying the process, having fun experimenting and using your imagination.

  • Great question. This workshop is a space for you to show up, be playful and use your imagination.

Play and using your imagination are key ingredients that feed your creativity and can support you in thinking differently and gaining fresh inspiration and ideas!

Incorporating play through different mediums also has a replenishing aspect, which helps you feel more energized and satisfy your creative soul.

Not to mention this is all about having FUN and giving yourself the time + space to be creative.

  • In this workshop, you’ll be given prompts to identify what blocks/stifles your imagination so you can be more aware and incorporate practices to activate your imagination. You’ll also be given strategies for how you can tap into your imagination and quiet the doubt/inner critic and playfully move past the fear.

  • Bottom line: bring what you got, you’re creative, I’m creative, we’ll find a way to make it work.

  • I made registration for this workshop free, complimentary, because that’s what my intuition was telling me. I love teaching workshops, I’ve been doing it for over 5 years and I make each one I host an insightful + playful + enjoyable experience.

I’ll be sharing how you can work with me outside of this workshop, through 1:1 coaching and other experiences as I deeply believe in what I offer. However there will not be any countdown timers or “act now or miss out” tactics. Being able to coach people is one of my greatest joys and acts of service AND telling people about the work I do, how I do it and how it helps is essential.

That said, this is a workshop + party first and foremost and I promise that’s what I’ll be delivering to you!
